What is Flat Bottom Pouches?

Flat Bottom Pouches have two side corner gussets, which are corner gussets and two panels joined together by four vertical seals for the bag.

The bags consist of laminated sheets, any specific structure determined by the product requirements. A typical laminate is PET/Aluminium/LLDPE, providing a barrier to oxygen, UV and moisture. Quad seal bags can be equipped with consumer-friendly features such as easy-open zips and zip locks as options. In addition, the bags can be equipped with degassing valves for coffee, which is a major application.
